 1.INVITATION
The Government of Turkey and the Turkish Chess Federation (TCF), have the honour to invite all the ECU member Chess Federations to participate in the European Schools Chess Championship 2015 (under 7, under 9, under 11, under 13, under 15 and under 17 years old – open and girls) which will take place in Konya, Türkiye, from 24th June (Arrival) to 03rd July (Departure) 2015.
TCF aims to organize an excellent event with your participation.
2. PARTICIPATION
All players are obliged to stay in official hotels. If accompanying persons, coach and relatives need an invitation letter for visa from the organizer then they are also obligated to stay in the official hotels.
Access to playing areas, venues and the hotels will be allowed only to accredited people by the organization. No participant will be allowed to book directly in the official hotels. All bookings must be through the organizers.
Each National Federation or School Association or Schools may enter an unlimited number of players in each of the 12 age groups. In case that one girl group is less than 10 participants then it will be merged with the same open age group category.
Entitled to participate are players (Boys & Girls) who shall not have reached the age:
Of 7, by 1st January 2015 (date of Birth – January 1st, 2008 and after) – Tournament Under 7,
Of 9, by 1st January 2015 (date of Birth – January 1st, 2006 and after) – Tournament Under 9;
Of 11, by 1st January 2015 (date of Birth– January 1st, 2004 and after) – Tournament Under 11;
Of 13, by 1st January 2015 (date of Birth – January 1st, 2002 and after) – Tournament Under 13;
Of 15, by 1st January 2015 (date of Birth – January 1st, 2000 and after) – Tournament Under 15;
Of 17, by 1st January 2015 (date of Birth – January 1st, 1998 and after) – Tournament Under 17;
Upon arrival, captains or players may be requested to present the passports of their players for verification of age eligibility.
2.5 All participants should cover own accommodation and travel expenses by themselves (or; their federations, schools, sponsors). Delegations of players must be accompanied at least by an adult (chief, coach or parent), who is taking care about the travel details.

2015 Avrupa Okullar Satranç Şampiyonası akreditasyon ve kayıt kontrol işlemleri Rixos Otel ve Hilton Otel de yapılacaktır. Sporcularımız konaklamalarını hangi otelde yapacaklar ise o otelde işlemlerini aşağıda belirtilen saatlerde gerçekleştirebileceklerdir. Konaklamasını başka bir yerde yapacak olan sporcularımız hem Rixos Otel hemde Hilton Otel de akreditasyon ve kayıt kontrol işlemlerini yapabileceklerdir.
